We publish the available free slots on our site. Please look at the bar to the right to check how many available slots we have today. If you don’t see any open today, don’t worry! Please apply anyway and we’ll put you in the queue.
In order to qualify, you must be working for a bonafide non-profit organization with a humanitarian mission. Ell Pond Enterprises, Inc. does not make any value judgment on the fitness of any particular organization. We will be happy to accept the official non-profit, charity, religious or other governmental status given to such an organization.
To apply, you’ll need to email or fax us a photocopy of proper evidence of your status or any other appropriate credentials. Acceptable evidence includes (but isn’t limited to):
Acceptance/employment letters on the organization’s official letterhead
Photocopies of any organization-issued IDs
Letters from organization staff on letterhead
If you don’t have any of these, please contact us and let us know what you do have. We aren’t looking to exclude anyone by requiring evidence, simply to make sure that only qualified people take up these much-needed slots.

Your full name
Details about your organization (name, non-profit status, website, address, phone numbers)
A contact person with the organization that can verify you (name, phone number, email address)
A description of how you’ll be using the program to help prepare for your service
Attach the copy of your credentials/evidence. (scanned images OK for email)
Once approved, we’ll send you your login information and you can begin using the program right away!
