Learning Indonesian Premium

Learning Indonesian Premium is the most complete program we have to offer. It contains all of the material of every other program we offer plus extras such as additional grammar guides and a priority release schedule. To recap, for your monthly subscription, you will receive:

Extended Audio Lessons

Each extended audio lesson added more vocabulary and digs deeper into the grammar and sentence practice. It also adds in more review and allows you to recombine more material into more complex sentences.

Extended lessons are not typically more difficult, but do provide more content and more reinforcement to help you learn faster!

Preview/Review Lessons

Preview/Preview lessons are immersive story-based exercises with comprehension questions. The speaker tells a complete story in Indonesian at normal speed. Typically, there are often some new sentence structures and unintroduced vocabulary designed to challenge you and build up your conversational abilities.

Preview/Review lessons also come with full transcriptions of the Indonesian speech and an English translation to help you review or follow along if you get stuck. Preview/Review is a very effective language training method and is at the fore-front of audio language acquisition techniques.

Section-based Download Area

Your lessons will be organized according to coherent sections to aid in learning and goal-setting. Each section contains the study guides, preview/review lessons and other material associated with the lessons.

In addition, the sections let you work through the material in an organized way and set your goals in an organized and motivating fashion!

Audio Vocabulary Drills

You will be presented with all of the words for the current section at slow and full speed. These exercises let you quickly identify weak points in you vocabulary.

Evey single term from each section is included in each vocabulary review.

Subscription-Based Access

You will have full access to all new material as it is added for as long as you chose to subscribe. This includes new lessons, future advanced levels, new learning tools, etc.

All Course Packs Have..

All course packs are downloadable ZIP files containing MP3 recordings and PDF study guides. Once you purchase them, you will have password-protected access so you can log in at any time and download them again whenever you like!

Basic Course Packs

You can purchase blocks of Learning Indonesian Basic material without a subscription. These blocks consist of 8 Basic lessons and the accompanying PDF study guides.

The audio lessons are the same lessons as the Free program, but have had the intro removed and go straight into the lesson material.

Premium Course Packs

You can get blocks of Learning Indonesian Premium lessons without a subscription!

These blocks consist of 8 Premium lessons, 1-3 Preview/Review exercises, Preview/Review PDF transcripts, two different speeds of vocabulary review drills and the accompanying PDF study guides.

The Premium audio lessons are approximately 2x the material of the Basic or Free lessons and contain more vocabulary and sentence construction practice. They are designed to help you learn faster and achieve fluency sooner.

Each Premium Course Pack has the equivalent of 2 FULL AUDIO CDs worth of material!  

An important note if you want to make the jump up from the Free/Basic lessons to the Premium lessons at the higher numbers... You might have some trouble following along if you haven't studied the vocabulary up to that point. If you have trouble, you can always purchase the previous Premium Course Pack or two to get you up to speed.

Learning Indonesian Free

Learning Indonesian Free is a simple, easy to use basic course. It's derived from our Premium material, so it follows along the same basic track, but with a more limited vocabulary.

Available as a Podcast

Learning Indonesian began as a podcast and will stay a podcast! You can access the free program anytime via iTunes or other podcast directories.

PDF Study Guides

We release PDF study guides that follow along with the free lessons via our email list. You can sign up for the email list via the signup box on the front page

Just an Overview

If you're looking for an overview of the language and to be able to speak a few phrases, then the free program might be for you. If you're ever looking to upgrade, you can easily purchase the Premium program or buy any of the Course Packs. You might need to do some catching up, but you'll find the format familiar no matter what program you choose!
